How do we collect this data?
By filling in the contact form, you authorise us to collect this data. When placing an order, you will be asked to fill in your billing details. Your browser sends data about which browser and type of device you use, as well as cookies. Your device sends us your IP address.
Why do we collect this information, and how do we use it?
If you want to contact us, we need this information to get back to you.
In addition, we use certain data (browser, unique identification, number of times a link is clicked in our newsletter) to improve our site and newsletter, to provide more relevant information, and to gain insight into the parts of our website, products and services which generate the most interest.
Cookies improve user experiences of site functions, such as staying logged in or selecting a language. Data about your page visits helps us to both improve the site on the one hand, and to analyse and solve any problems on the other.

We store data no longer than necessary. A website visitor’s information is stored 5 years. We retain the account details of customers for as long as the law requires us to do so.
Who do we share this information with?
We use most of the information ourselves, and share it with nobody. Analysis of visitors to the public website is carried out within our own company. We share only the necessary information with external collaborators for the correct implementation of your assignment .
What are my rights?
The GDPR is focussed on you as an individual, and gives you a number of rights. For example, you are entitled to access the information we hold about you and correct any incorrect data. You can also ask us to delete data, and can oppose the transfer of your data to third parties. If you want to exercise any of these rights, please contact us by email or in writing.
